Shotokan Karate of America loves new members!  Whether you are looking for a great workout to get back in shape, a dynamic new exercise regimen as an alternative to the routine of traditional gym classes, or have a serious interest in self defense, come and visit our dojo.  Please visit the main SKA website at www.ska.org under the “About” and “Join SKA” pages to learn more about Shotokan Karate of America.

Austin SKA members pay $25 per month and annual dues to SKA ($125 per year).

At this time, members who wish to join the Austin SKA dojo must be at least 13 years of age.  We do not have classes available for younger children, but they may be added to our schedule at some time in the future, contingent on the availability of a suitable practice space.  Please contact Avery Saxe or Gary Stafford to get more details.  Additional information will be provided about the mental commitments we ask new students to make, including regular practice participation for one full year, and other commitments to consider when making a decision to participate in SKA.  We look forward to visiting with you.
